LoveALL Tennis Club runs on a one-month contract at Queens College, meeting every Monday from 7:00PM –9:00 PM and every Saturday from 9AM-11AM. 

If you’re unable to attend on a MONDAY, we kindly ask that you arrange a substitute player of a similar level and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. 🙏 

If a player cancels within 24 hours, we’ll still collect the court fee regardless. The collected amount will be used for our group dinner.

If a substitute can’t be arranged, the court fee for that session will be non-refundable since courts are pre-paid (non-refundable) and reserved in advance. 🥹 You’re always welcome to miss a session. We just kindly ask that it doesn’t happen more than twice per month. 💛

📕Q: What if I miss one or two sessions in a month?
📗A: No worries at all! Please arrange a substitute of a similar level (at least 3.0-3.5) and give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance. If a substitute can’t be arranged, the court fee for that session will be non-refundable since courts are prepaid (non-refundable) and booked ahead of time. 😭
(✏️ Tip: Try the “LoveALL Tennis Club” group chat first! We’ve got reliable extra players who aren’t signed up for the month and might be able to take your spot 🤓)

📕Q: What if I expect to miss more than two sessions in a month?
📗A: In that case, we kindly ask that you join us again the following month instead. We’d love to have you back then. 🫶
