LoveALL Tennis Club runs on a one-month contract at Queens College, meeting:

• Mondays: 7:00–9:00 PM

• Saturdays: 9:00–11:00 AM

 

👥  Players (Signed Up for the Date)

If you’re unable to attend a session, we kindly ask that you:

• Arrange a substitute player of a similar level, and

• Notify us at least 48 hours in advance 🙏

If a player cancels within 24 hours, the court fee will still be collected.

👉 The collected amount will be applied to court reservation fees or our group dinner 🍽️

If a substitute can’t be arranged, the court fee for that session will be non-refundable, as courts are prepaid and reserved in advance.

🥹 You’re always welcome to miss a session—we just kindly ask that it doesn’t happen more than twice per month 💛
